BD Lighting Studio is an online-only retailer. Orders are packed at our business and order fulfilment address, Shop 15, Om Manusmriti Building, Ghodbunder Road, Dongripada, Thane, Maharashtra 400615, India, and handed to a courier from there. Nothing can be collected in person.

Charges
Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 below that. The product page price is the price of the product, and any delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.
Glass, and how it travels
Stained glass, mosaic and blown glass lamps are the most fragile things we ship. They are double-boxed with fill, which is why the carton is much larger than the lamp. Inspect the carton before the delivery agent leaves, photograph anything crushed, and see the Return and Refund Policy.
Batteries
Many items in this catalogue contain rechargeable lithium batteries. Some couriers restrict these on air routes, which occasionally means a surface service and a longer transit to remote PIN codes. Where that applies to your order we will tell you.

Across India through national courier partners. We do not ship outside India.
