What BD Lighting Studio collects when you order, and what happens to it.

• Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address.
• Order contents, amount and payment method.
• Standard technical information sent by your browser.

Not collected: UPI PINs, card numbers or bank passwords.

Purpose

Packing and delivering orders, answering questions about them, handling returns and refunds, and keeping required business records.

Sharing

Only with the service providers needed to run the store – the courier, the website host and the payment method – or where the law requires disclosure. Customer data is not sold and is not shared for marketing.

Smart lighting

A small number of products in this catalogue are controlled through a manufacturer’s own app or a third-party voice assistant. If you choose to use those features, you are dealing directly with that company under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive, hold or have access to any data from those apps or accounts.
