Orders are packed and dispatched from this address. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom, so please do not travel here to view a lamp lit.

What to include

  • Delivery question: Order ID and delivery PIN code.
  • Glass broken in transit: Order ID and photographs of the carton and contents, within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging.
  • Will not switch on: Order ID, plus what the voltage label on the unit says and whether a bulb was included.
  • Return: Order ID and the item, within 10 days – unused, unfitted, in original packaging.
  • Refund: Order ID; for cash-on-delivery orders, bank or UPI details.
  • Before ordering: the product name or SKU and the measurement or fitting you need to confirm.

What we can and cannot answer

We can confirm dimensions, battery capacity, colour temperature, bulb fitting and what is in the box. We cannot advise on wiring, recommend an installation method for your wall, or tell you a fitting is safe for a circuit we have not seen – hardwiring is a qualified electrician’s job.
