Your tracking number

Emailed to your order email address once the courier collects the carton, for entry on the courier’s own tracking page.

Two references

• Order ID – our reference; quote it in any message to us.
• Tracking number – the courier’s reference for the carton.

Nothing showing

Allow the dispatch window first: 1–2 business days to pack and hand over, then 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations. Parcels containing lithium batteries sometimes route by surface and take longer. No movement for three working days? Send the Order ID to atelier@bdlighting.shop.

Email missing

Check spam for a message from atelier@bdlighting.shop. If it is not there, write with your Order ID and the email used at checkout and we will resend it.

Missed delivery

Couriers normally re-attempt, and a glass parcel will not be left unattended. Keep the phone number given at checkout reachable. A carton returned to us undelivered can be re-dispatched, with the re-delivery charge payable by the customer.
